Join us for an evening of good ole Canadian Rock and Roll, featuring 2 of BCs Southern Rock inspired heavy hitters.
The Canyon Riders from Vancouver BC are on tour promoting their upcoming album. These gentlemen provide a sound that brings the rich traditions of country, blues and rock and roll music together in sonic harmony, giving a new take to a familiar sound. Bound by a tight, heart pounding rhythm section, the Canyon Riders often showcase duelling guitar improvisation, reminiscent of southern rock. All highlighted with gritty and passionate vocals influenced by classic blues singers and honky tonkers.
Joined by local island rockers Conjure Hand. Conjure Hand is Canadian Rock inspired by the blues and soul of the 1970s. Lyrically the band takes the listener on a journey of Black history and lower class struggles throughout the Americas. With songs that are reminiscent of diverse bands like The Allman Brothers, Thin Lizzy, and Free. Conjure Hand hopes to resurrect the soul of rock and roll.
