Come our way on Sunday July 20th for an evening of songs from one of the biggest bands of the 70's and 80's. Fleetwoods back to Rock The Rainbow Room.

Three young bands from Nanaimo will be making the trip over the hump to Rock The Rainbow Room for us. Come out and support the Future of Rock & Roll.
Ironhead is a group of recent grads from NDSS in Nanaimo who are lovers of old-school Metallica. They are going to crank out an array of Metallica covers from albums like Kim 'Em All, Ride the Lightning, And Justice for All... and will be debuting their first original song. End of Thread is a band formed by members of The Barsby School of Rock in Nanaimo. The main members of this band, all still in high school, have already been a part of several rock acts and have performed at venues like The Globe Live Studio, Maffeo Sutton Park, and The Port Theatre, as well as being featured on local island newscasts. Heavily influenced by 70's & 80's hard rock & metal as well as 90's grunge, they bring an arsenal of cover songs that we all know and love, as well as sprinkling an original or two into their performance.

The Next have been creating original music for nearly a decade, and have gained traction in the Nanaimo music scene over the last year performing several shows at venues including The Vault Cafe, and The Globe Live Studio, as well as many others. Their performances are an energetic, genre-bending ride, that will leave you looking for The Next's scheduled shows.
